Firstly, unlike this email asking for a review states, my order was not fulfilled 14 days ago but 7 days ago but that's just the begining. I waited almost a full 2 weeks to finally receive my order. During that time I had emailed twice to enquire about when I should receive it but had no reply or notice of any kind. Once it was finally ready my order was to be delivered by Evri-Next Day delivery but on their tracking they had my package for 3 days before delivering it. Once it arrived it was in shoddy and damaged 2nd hand packaging from another company which was very poorly taped up and still had someone else's name and address on it from the previous use. When I opened my package the item inside was broken, missing the needed parts to put it together and was messy and not even cleaned of excess filament from the printing. I emailed that same day about recieving broken/damaged item with photos and still no reply over a week later. Since sending that email I have also tried calling their listed contact number several times but never get an answer and have even sent a txt message to the number in the hope that the issue can be amically resolved but never had a reply of any kind. I will not be ordering anything from Mini Megastore again and have already advised others to not buy from them. I am also seeking legal advice about this as I paid more than just a few pounds for what I ordered. If you are considering buying from Mini Megastore I would advise that you don't and try and find a more reputable vendor to purchase from. I am disgusted by how I have been treated as a customer and ignored when contacting them to try and amicably resolve the issue.
